Terms for paid listings

These terms apply to every Verified and Featured listing on a Roskosh Media site. They are short because the product is simple.

What you get

Verified: a Verified badge, a link to your website, your full price list and opening hours, and the right to edit your details at any time by email.

Featured: everything in Verified, plus one of no more than three Featured spots at the top of your area page and the site's home page, a Featured badge on every mention, and a monthly email with your views and calls.

Payment

Monthly subscription by card through Stripe, billed in advance. Prices are shown on each site's Advertise page and include VAT where applicable. We do not see or store card details.

Cancelling

Cancel any time from the link in any Stripe invoice or by emailing us. The paid listing runs to the end of the period already paid for, then drops back to a free listing. No refunds for part months, no notice period, no contract.

Our side

We keep the site online and indexed, publish your details as you give them to us, and apply corrections within two working days. If a site is closed we refund any unused whole months.

Your side

Details you give us must be accurate. Photos you send must be yours to use. We may decline or remove a listing for a business that is not trading, is not the type of service the site covers, or receives repeated complaints.

Liability

We are a directory. We do not vet the quality of any business and are not party to any contract between a business and its customers. Our liability to you is limited to the fees you paid in the previous three months.
